If you're trying to export multimedia, I have no idea. I've never stored multimedia items in PAF. If you just want the basic details, there should be a export to GEDCOM.

Please note that PAF5 is no longer actively supported and hasn't been for some time.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
