Thank you and I could not agree more. I believe if you ask busy people to volunteer, they will say no. We have received the same instruction as you got from the visiting 70 and you are right about the BSA . . . I am quite involved with the BSA as well.

Besides needing to know who is coming, I will also need to know ASAP the amout of time for the presentation, Q&A, etc.
