Looking for Cisco BSCU software

Greetings,
I'm an Stake Executive Secretary/Stake Technology Specialist and I recently was contacted by one of our wards. Apparently when Internet was installed in their building, a Cisco AP1231G was installed in the ceiling crawlspace, but never configured.
I met a member of the Bishopric at the building and we tracked down the location of the AP. We managed to do a factory reset on the unit and we can now see the Wifi network and in fact, we can use it to connect to the Internet, although we turned it off because we still need to configure security, etc.
We ran into a problem in that the unit didn't reset to the default IP address that Cisco outlines in their manual. We can't talk to it with a web browser on either the wired or wireless connection, so I can complete the configuration. At this point, I'm trying to find a copy of Cisco's Base Station Configuration Utility (BSCU), which apparently came on a CD in the original box, but no one can locate. I'm hopeful the BSCU software will recognize the AP and allow me to configure it.
I've tried searching of the Cisco web site, but I'm unable to find anywhere that this software can be downloaded. Does anyone have a disk that they could make available or know of a location where it can be downloaded. We are the legal owners of the AP, so it seems logical that we should be able to use the software to configure it.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Dave
