I trust this has all been cleared up by now. Existing connections to Department sponsored locations like FHC's with their own unit number, FM offices, CES locations are all paid for centrally. When a stake requests and installs its own internet (Meetinghouse Internet) they pay for it out of their own local budget. Corrective instructions should have been received by FM's by now.

Thanks for the update. But no, our FM manager has not received new direction regarding payment of internet connections as you describe. Maybe it takes a while to filter throught the area FM offices before it will get to the local FM managers.
