"Firewall has not checked for over an hour"

Dear friends,

By taking a look at tm.lds.org we have two routers in our stake units which is presenting the following message on the "On-Line Status":
"Firewall has not checked for over an hour"

I have already disabled and enabled the router but the message is still there. When this message is presented, I'm not able to disable wifi and use the console remotely.
Does anyone know what is going on?

I usually find it is a problem with the ISP or the ISP's modem. All we usually need to do is cycle the power on the modem. In rare cases, it may be necessary to reboot the firewall as well, but I would try rebooting the modem first to see if that fixes the problem.

In other cases, it is also possible to have signal issues on the incoming line from the ISP. In those cases, you or your FM will have to contact the ISP and schedule a service call.
