Our Stake has miss place the log in for the Special Purchase site so I can order the ASA equipment, I have called and request a replacement password two times now. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the new password? We have been waiting two weeks.

Just below the logon screen there should be a link "Forgot Password?" where you can enter either your logon ID or the Email that was associated with the account. This should give you a way of getting back into the account.
