At two different buildings in our stake on consecutive Sundays this past month, I had wifi issues reported to me that seemed to be related to the APs. I would connect just fine when I was closer to the Cisco router, but when I got away from the router and closer to the APs I would lose signal and not be able to reconnect. Rebooting the APs just like you did solved my issues both times. I don't have a lot of experience with these 1041 APs, but seems like a semi-regular reboot may not be a bad idea.
