speeches.byu.edu blocked by filtering

The institute class at the stake center attempted to watch a video by Elder Oaks from speeches.byu.edu but is blocked by the firewall (it is probably a link to a youtube stream). Are there any plans to unblock access linked from lds.org or byu.edu?
