We can't give you the password here, of course, because this is a public forum. I would expect that a good number of your technologically savvy members will know the password, or your bishopric, or many of the other clerks in the stake.rekson4you wrote:I am the technology specialist and thats why i am asking to know

Contact the technology specialist in your previous stake. Or ask your stake president to do so. The password will be the same.rekson4you wrote:i just finished contacting GSC and i was told to contact the Stake President and he does not know the Password either,...This is a new stake and we are just getting set up for all this Lds Access Wifi and as a Technology specialist i think i need to know all that is pertaining to all the Technology in the stake center.

I would find it very hard to believe that there will not be at least a dozen members sitting in your sacrament meeting tomorrow who will know the password.

Re: WI-FI Passwords
Then I would suggest you go back to the person who called you as a technology specialist. Explain that you feel you need to know this information to function in your calling (you do), and ask him to give you the information or get it for you.rekson4you wrote:How am i suppose to know that? It works that way in every calling in the Church, and it will work that way in this calling, also.
And once again, no, we will not give you the password here at this Forum.

Re: WI-FI Passwords
You may want to discuss the latter part of that with your stake president. In particular, who should have it and who should not. You may find that you don't want to be the one to hand that out to the members - either because of the volume of requests or because it would be difficult for you to assess the if the member should have it.rekson4you wrote:Am i suppose to go and start asking all my members to give me the wifi password in which i am suppose to be the one to give it to them?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Re: WI-FI Passwords
The information regarding the wireless network, to include the passphrase (password), is found in the Help Center. In the Networking Overview page it states, "[The passphrase] may also be obtained by authorized individuals contacting the Global Service Center (GSC)."rekson4you wrote:I would love to know the password for Lds Access wifi and also to know how it can be changed?
I find this a bit unusual. I recommend calling the GSC during a weekday and if you get the same response then kindly and gently remind the person you talk to about the instructions provided in the LDS.org Help Center I provided above. Make sure you identify yourself as a new stake technology specialist in a new stake.rekson4you wrote:i just finished contacting GSC and i was told to contact the Stake President and he does not know the Password either,...
As others have posted, the passphrase is quite well known throughout the church. But due to the Forum Code of Conduct we cannot post it here.
