Does anyone have a nice PDF of the Key sign out sheet in the Meetinghouse Manual? Or can I copy it online?

I don't know about that specific form, but there are some user-contributed forms on the wiki at

On a related note, is there a list anywhere of which keys the various leaders usually receive? I checked HB1 and HB2 and didn't see mention. I know the Excel file in the referenced wiki entry has some entries, but I am looking for something more authoritative. Or maybe there isn't one.

From a prior thread, there's apparently a FM Group guideline, but the authoritative reference is the Stake President.
