Maps & Unit Changes

Do any of you know whether you need to attach a map to a ward and branch organization application if you are changing a branch to a ward or if you are creating a special language unit out of a ward, but using the same boundaries?

Last October, we were told that if the map is correct and does not need changing, you do not need to provide a map.
