Manually Organize Callings List on lds.org?

Manually Organize Callings List on lds.org?

Is there a way to manually organize and manage the Callings list on lds.org? For example: My Ward's circumstances warrant an Assistant Relief Society Secretary and I would like her to appear within the Relief Society Presidency and not near the bottom of the Relief Society auxiliary itself.

Also, I would like to remove any unfilled callings from sight on lds.org so as to have a more tidy and clean look. Is there a way to do this?

Currently this is not possible. The callings are sorted by the position type sort order defined in CDOL with custom callings sorting at the end. I think that as the ability to manage callings is added to the leader and clerk part of lds.org that this will eventually be added.

Are you referring to the clerk and leader tools? If so then one of the filter drop downs at the top has options for All Callings, Filled Callings, Unfilled Callings, Custom Callings. Filled Callings should do what you want.

Great to know that that feature will be eventually added.
I am referring to the clerk and leader tools where I can filter through the callings. That is a quick fix to my question and I'll have to settle with that. Thank you very much.

Which drop down menu has these options? I tried all of them and could only find the Members With Callings, Members With Callings..not the options you list....

It is on the Callings by Organization report.
