Changing the listed Ward address on LDS.org

OK, I admit i am getting frustrated. Our Ward address is 82 Rader Road. EVERYONE calls it Radar Road even though the road sign on our short little road is within site of the chapel. It is in the local phone book wrong and I just noticed it is even wrong in the LDS.org locator for the chapel and the FHC listings. Anyone looking at a local map, Mapquest, or using a GPS would NEVER find us.

Who has to change this on the LDS.org site?

PS: I will be prompting the Bishop to make another announcement to everyone to minimize the dispensing of misinformation.

I believe it comes from a database maintained by the FM Group. Give your local FM Group office a call.

The address is wrong in lots of places, including CDOL. I imagine there is more than one place to submit the new address, but the most straightforward way is using the Feedback mechanism of maps.lds.org. Search for your meetinghouse address (which works, even with 82 Rader Road). Then at the bottom of the popup for your ward, there is a Feedback link. One of the options there is "Facility address or other details are incorrect." Then you will see a field where you can submit the correct address.

I imagine your submission will then go through some verification process, but it should eventually be corrected.

Another approach would be to contact your FM Group. They have a database of facilities, and I would think that a correction there would make its way to CDOL and other systems.

The address for the FHC is normally derived from the FM database. However, your STS or the FHC Director can contact the Family History Department (FamilySearch) directly and have them make a change in their database.

I'm having a problem with the map feature in the directory. Our address is correct, but when you click on the map it routes users to our old address.
