What is the difference between the totals in the Unit Statistics Report and the totals in the Quarterly report? It seems that there is always a 50 or so difference in total members between the Unit Statistics report and Quarterly report.

I'm guessing that the difference is the definition of "Member" used in those two places. For the Quarterly Report, the definition is:
A count of individuals whose membership records are assigned to your unit, including those:
  • Baptized and confirmed
  • Not baptized and confirmed but less than age 9 with a membership record
Individuals who are 9 years of age or older and not baptized and confirmed are not included in any Quarterly Report categories.
Another slight difference is the timing -- the Quarterly Report is based on the moment of time at the end of the quarter, whereas the Unit Statistics reflects the current membership.

But in any case, you can click the "Members" link on the Unit Statistics, and the "Total Members" link on the Quarterly Report, to see the exact list of who is included for your ward. You can then copy and paste those lists into a spreadsheet to compare them and determine exactly what the differences are.
