Girl's names not showing up in Y/W Online Personal Progress

I helped register the Y/w myself but I just got this strange message from the Y/W Pres.
We registered all our girls for personal progress online a few weeks ago and I have checked back online at the Church site using my user name and password under the "leader summary" where I should see all of the girls registered and only two girls who were already registered show under my list of girls.

A leader contacted SLC to see what the problem could be and this was their repsonse.
I spoke to SL today and they said that the ward clerk needs to reload, save or reboot the system and that should fix the issue. Apparently they are supposed to do periodic updates and downloads to the system and that may not have been done in your ward recently.
Clearly we reboot nothing that has anything to do with the Church website. Any ideas ???

It sounds like they are suggesting that the membership clerk does Unit data refresh. Not sure how that fixes things at CHQ in this situation, but it can be tried.

Yikes! That is really not helpful advice coming from someone at CHQ; looks like we have some training to do, as well as better information on the Personal Progress website.

Here's the scoop:
When the YW leader "registered all our girls for personal progress online", what she really did was register each girl for an LDS Account--not at all related to Personal Progress online except that an LDS Account is required to use PP. (BTW, children age 8 - 12 will also need parental approval before their LDS Account registration is complete.)

Until a young woman actually signs in to the PP application, using her LDS Account, and starts at least one of the Value experiences (clicking the "Start Now" button), she will NOT appear as a participant in the Leader Summary page. The PP application only creates a record for her once she clicks "Start Now".

peredehuit, :) A light bulb finally lite in my dark cranial cavity.

Thanks so much. I have called Church HDQ twice today and talked to 2 different sections of Global Support. I also sent an email to youngwomen@ldschurch.org. While everyone on the phone was very pleasant and empathetic they had no clue. My email got an auto reply that they were out of the office, and under staffed so please be patient.

My investigation indicated that our MLS could not be the issue. Since our girls are scattered I have not been able to see them or the Y/W president logon so I could poke around on their ID but I felt the issue might be a simple fix.

Thanks to you I am grinning rather than scratching my head. Our Y/W President will no longer feel defeated.

Thanks Again for shining a light on the obvious fix.
