The straws seem to just keep piling up....

CHQ is making it increasingly difficult for ward clerks to be *perceived* as fulfilling their responsibilities.
CUBS continues to wreak havoc on the Ward Budget process.
LUWS is no longer being updated, thus making members who move think that their memberships are in the wrong ward.
The MAPS application improperly handles deceased members and part-member households, and today is giving server-side errors when I try to position households on the map.
My stake clerk tells stake leaders to poll each ward clerk if they need to know who holds ward callings, because ward calling information often doesn't get properly updated in SMLS.
Couples can no longer be listed as donors.
The straws seem to just keep piling up....

Just make sure your ward clerk is IT qualified!

Seriously, though, this is a learning curve for us all, and we are in transition to some very new things. It will take some time...I certainly wouldn't go backward.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but so far, every change that has come down the pipe has given me more control to do my calling. Between the resources available, the scope of the project, and the speed at which new features and tools are being developed, I have nothing but praise for the people making this all happen. I think we'd do well to cut them a little slack and recognize just how incredible a job they've done.
