Broadcast archives video with foreign languages

I wonder if its possible to download general conference sessions with foreign languages? Or do I need to download audio separately and mix it together myself?

You can download conference with the audio already mixed in for the language of your choice. For General Conference, most languages are available for download, within 2 hours of the conclusion of the session. They can be streamed, read listened to or viewed live from the General Conference Page http://lds.org/general-conference?lang=eng
Click on All Conferences,
Then Choose the Session you want
Select the language you wish to download from the drop down menu.
Then click the applicable Download button to the right of the session or talk you wish to download.
