No, but if you click on the Interviews link under the Resources dropdown in the Leadership area, you will see a list of upcoming interviews. It doesn't list all the Action and Interview ones, but just the critical ones for the bishop. There you can select a checkbox to mark it as done, and even enter a date of when the interview is.
I'm more interested in tracking interviews by Bishopric Counselors. I have no way of knowing, unless I contact them directly, whether or not the interviews they were assigned acctually took place. If their was a "check box" it would save a lot of time and effort.
