Stake Statistical Scorecard

#1

Post by brbrohde »

I was attending a stake conference with the Stake Presidency and a General Authority. The General Authority had a lot of statistical information that we do not have access to. It seemed he was using some sort of statistical analysis of our stake on a report generated at church headquarters.

Does anyone know if there is anything available to the stakes that would allow us to generate a statisitcal scorecard so that we can see numerous statistics to include temple attendance, HT, VT, YM going on missions, etc...?

1) Only by polling the members. But that would be labor intensive. But your comment does shed light on this discussion

2&3) I think that should be do-able

4) Only if you keep track - and that's only for ones leaving from your stake. That's not going to help for ones that move away just prior to going on a mission.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Short answers:
temple attendance - no
HT - in MLS under organizations>ht reporting>HT statistics
VT - in MLS under organizations>vt reporting>VT statistics
YM going on missions - no. Well, maybe with a little work. You'd need to determine from your quarterly report the total number of YM. Then in http://www.lds.org/mss (with stake access) you can view the number of YM on a mission.

Most statistics can be found in the quarterly report.
