Member's online username "Canceled"

I have a member trying to use his church website sign in after not having done so for a while. He said that we received a error/warning message when he tried to log in. It said that his information had been "cancled" somehow and that he should see his administrator.

I'm the ward clerk, but I have no idea what to do to help him out. Any ideas?

If the member hasn't accessed the ward website in quite a long time, they may not have a new LDSAccount user account yet, which is now required for LUWS (Local Unit Web Sites).

Check with a ward or stake LUWS administrator to see if his account has been disabled in addition to what mkmurray said.
