Hi, anyone have an electronic version of this letter from the First Presidency?

I'm currently serving as Bishop - but my office currently resides in a draw of a filing cabinet in a neighbouring chapel due to refurbishment works going on.

I can either drive an hour round-trip to get it, or beg it from someone here!
