New Directory and Clerks

The recently released Directory has some changes that clerks need to know about... First, only the individual can edit their information in the Directory. Clerks will have to use LCR or Tools to edit the information, except for privacy changes, which can only be done in Tools. Some have said that privacy changes may also move to LCR, but right now, you have to use Tools to do this.

Well I’m not seeing any options to change the privacy settings in LCR, or Tools (IOS), for myself, or anyone else. And I’m the Ward Clerk. Perhaps someone can explain exactly where the options are? Thanks.

Changing privacy setting in LCR hasn't been implemented yet, but some think it will be. In Tools, hit the edit button in the upper right, then scroll down where you should see a Visibility link. I am using an iPhone but I'm guessing that Android users will see the same thing.

In Android the edit button is in the lower right and then it's a Privacy tab along the top. But basically the same idea.
