Hi. Curious of best practices here. Our YW group is fairly small so they have called a combined group of YW that is comprised of laurels, mia maids, etc.. I tried listing them i just one of the slots for class presidencies, i.e. laurels, but it would only let me put the laurel age members in the callings.
Is it possible to create a general YW class presidency? This may already be posted somewhere else, but it was hard to find information without pulling up actual YW presidencies (adults) and not class presidencies. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
How to add only one Young Women Class Presidency (YW age) for Laurels, Mia Maids and Beehives?

In order to be assigned to a class presidency, the young women have to be in the class. You can't assign a member of the beehive class to be in the laurel class presidency -- she has to be in the laurel class to be in the presidency. Age doesn't affect it.
Move them all into a single class and see if that resolves your issues.

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you so much! That should work. I will try it out.
