At the present time we have a South Korean Sister Missionary, in our ward, whose surname displays in the Directory and LDS (IOS) Tools, in South Korean hieroglyphics. Can anyone one suggest which area I should use, to get this problem looked at?
I’m guessing that the most likely answer will be to use the Feedback option, but I’m posing the question anyway, just in case anyone else has an alternative way to go

You might let the Mission know since they are the ones responsible for having the name show up in your ward. Perhaps it's something they can fix in their system.
You could also try contacting support. Someone somewhere must be responsible for translating names when members move between writing systems. I'd think Membership would at least know who does that since that would have to be done if her records were moved to the states.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
