On the Quarterly Report, line 1 indicates the number of members sealed to a spouse. In a YSA stake, that number should generally be low or non-existent. However, on Leader and Clerk Resources, when I look at the members who fall in that list, their main profile says that they are "Sealed to Spouse" but no ordinance is listed on the ordinance summary page. Would this mean the sealing was cancelled/cleared? I'm having trouble deciphering this.

No, that means that they were sealed to a spouse but the civil marriage has been terminated either by death or divorce. The sealing has not been cancelled or it wouldn't say that they are "Sealed to Spouse".
