DIY Ward Stationery

Is there any guidance on whether I could make and print ward stationery (using the same format), rather than ordering it from store.lds.org?

If you are referring to the letterhead paper we use for official letters, I don't believe you are allowed to duplicate the font the church uses for its logo.

The Church logotype itself is a registered trademark and may only be reproduced by the Church, not local units. Handbook 1, 17.1.11 and Handbook 2, 21.1.10 also provide restrictions on how the written name of the Church is to be used.
