Our roster on LDS Tools includes a member that is no longer in our ward, and was moved out via LCR months ago. The roster as seen in LCR is correct - it does not include the member that shows up in LDS Tools.
Where do I go to get help for this? According to https://www.lds.org/help/support/about- ... n?lang=eng, "LDS Tools is not supported by the Global Service Center (GSC)."
Before I read that, I submitted a ticket to the GSC anyway, and they advised me to remove any callings from the member via MLS. However, any attempt to modify callings in MLS redirected me to LCR, and of course, LCR doesn't have the record for this member.
Is there a helpdesk for LDS Tools? I didn't see contact information at https://www.lds.org/help/support/mobile ... s?lang=eng.
In her record in LDS Tools, this member's calling is "FT Missionary" with our ward listed below. But she does not show up in any of the "Missionaries" lists - Assigned, Ward, or Serving.

Open Leader and Clerk Resources
Click Organizations > Other Callings on the gray menu bar
Click Additional Callings in the blue link section
Find the custom calling of FT Missionary that was created for this member
Click the Edit buttion
Click the Release button
Save your changes
