Report of fast offering recipients in stake

I am the stake clerk, and the stake president has recently asked me to prepare a record that lists every fast offering recipient in the stake along with how much they received on a month by month basis for the last 18 months.

I have found one way to do this- I can go to the Financial section of LCR, go to an individual ward page, go to participants, select recipients, and then load each recipient individually, select the proper time frame, and type out the information I need manually. This... isn't very efficient, especially with slow loading times. It took me 5 hours to do two units, and its something he would like kept updated.

Does anyone have a faster way to get this information at the stake level?

Thanks!

Nope. If the president really wants this information (there is a reason it is not easily available), I would label a file folder for each unit, print out the last 18 months of stake financial reports, and put the page for each unit into the folder. To update, you would just need to print the next financial report and place the appropriate page into the appropriate folder.

This is not a very high tech way to gather the report, but it will save a lot of time.

The stake president would then use the information in the folder as he interviews and trains each bishop or branch president regarding his responsibility for administering fast offering funds. The unit leader is in charge of the bishop's storehouse. The stake president trains the bishop on the bishop's responsibilities.

As President Marion G. Romney of the First Presidency once told a bishop, I do not have access to the bishop's storehouse, but you do. Will you please consider whether it might be possible to . . .

The ward can print a recipient report from MLS with each recipient and the amount they received within a given time period. But to do a month-by-month summary would require running it 18 times and it would have to be done by each of the wards. Even then it would be by month, not by recipient.
