Bishops new address?

Postby sjfriend0111 » Sun Aug 27, 2017 9:35 pm

Our Bishop just moved with-in the ward and we changed the address on his membership. Just ordered some items from the online store but it still wants to ship to his old address. Any ideas on how / where to update this?

Thanks

Best thing to do would be to contact the online store directly, as a change of address can take sometme to filter through.

A couple of years ago our Bishop moved. This caused no end of problems with getting the Curriculum books delivered. It would seem that the delivery information was printed out, when the order was placed. By the time the Bishop had moved these delivery documents were out of date and the consignment went to his old address.

As a result of the debacle, being the Ward Clerk at the time, I opted for all orders to be sent to my home address, which is occupied during the day. Any item that should go directly to the Bishop isn't affected.
