What do you do when you send a membership record out with all the correct information and it gets stuck in "membership record move in progress" and says that the unit you sent it to , the info didn't load right ? Do I call Salt Lake or what ?
If it remains a "move in progress" for more than 72 hours, then you should probably contact support.
