Question.
I am the branch clerk, on my LCR I have a different number of people listed under the heading of Laurels, Mia Maids and Beehives and Relief Society than my wife can see on her list of members in these areas. I have a list of all 80 RS members on my list but when my wife goes to her account she only sees 7 listed under RS. I show on my account 10 on the Laurel class and yet my wife only shows 1. On my Teachers list I show 11 and my wife shows 2
my wife is the youth Sunday school teacher and the YW teacher.
I don't understand why our two lists are so different.
any help to understand this is appreciated

Your wife does not have a calling that gives her access to that information. Both of her callings have been entered as custom callings, which mean that they have no additional rights at all. (To see this, look up your wife in LCR and go to the Callings/Classes tab. Note that both callings are preceded by an asterisk.)

Even if her callings were recorded using standard callings, those callings do not grant her access to additional information. The privacy settings for those members are most likely set to restrict visibility to leadership only and her callings do not meet that definition.

It sounds like she's looking in the directory, not LCR.

But she needs to hold an appropriate standard position in order to get access to LCR. (Custom callings don't count.).
