Permission to view/edit calendar

Hello all,
Currently we have a member of the high council that is responsible for scheduling the District building, the problem is he only has permission to view/edit the calendars of the district and his own branch. Since he is unable to view/edit the other branch's calendars we sometimes run into problems, like double booking the building. I've reached out to the branch clerks to see if they could give him access to view/edit their calendars, but LCR only gives the option to give administrative rights to members of their own branch. Ive tried to give him administrative rights through LCR through my account, but as the district clerk I am unable to change viewing/editing privileges within other branches.

Any one run into the same problem? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

The calendar system is designed with the expectation that each unit does their own scheduling. If you're trying to have one person do all the scheduling for a building that has multiple units, that doesn't work very well as it's not possible to grant one person edit rights to the calendars of multiple units.

As long as you don't have duplicate buildings, the system does a good job of preventing double-bookings (booking the same room at the same time).

Everything works much better if you view the "building scheduler" as someone who sets the rules and manages conflicts rather than is involved in the day-to-day scheduling.
