Hi,
Last weekend we updated the calling of our new High Priest Group leader, but he doesn't have report access for High Priests LDS.ORG or the LDS tools app on his ipad. Any ideas?

Make sure he's been placed in standard position, not a custom one. Also check that the MRN for the person you placed in that calling matches the MRN on his LSD account. Some members try to share an account with their spouse - that doesn't work.
