Access to Member Move-In report

Our Ward's newly called Cub Committee Chairman and Activity Days Leader cannot access the Member Move-In report in LDS Tools. They would like access to this report to identify new families with cub-age boys and other primary-age children. Both of these sisters have been set apart and show up in LDS Tools as holding the above callings. Is there some reason why they cannot view this report directly (our Primary President is also asking this question). Thanks for any help you can provide.

Those callings don't have any access to LCR. See the Access Table (under Other > Access Table from the menu in LCR) for exactly who has access to that report. There is no way to give access to anyone who isn't listed in the Access Table.
