I'm the membership clerk for my ward and I received a request from our elders quorum presidency to restore access to the Lesson Schedules Tool. It sounds like they had access previous to a reorganization of the Elders Quorum Presidency but it was lost after that event. I'm unfamiliar with the lessons schedule tool so I'm not sure where to look for a solution to the problem. Any ideas ?

If the elders quorum presidency have been entered at LCR with standard callings, they should have access to the Lesson Schedules Tool. There is nothing more you can do. If they were entered by mistake with custom callings, they will not have access and you will need to change their callings to standard ones.

If they were recently called, if may take a day or two after their callings are entered at LCR for access to flow through the system. This is true for everything. They would have lost access to Home Teaching and everything else during the transition.

That said, you might just let them know that the Church announced yesterday that the Lesson Scheduling Tool will go away at the end of the year.
