Messages to Ward Council

Is there a group for the ward council on LDS.org similar to an organization? In the LDS app I have created a list which works well for sending out simple, quick, emails and text messages. For forwarding or creating emails by copying and pasting it would be nice to use a list from LDS.org.

In LCR > Applications > Send a Message the bishop and clerk have a Ward Council list. I do not know if any other callings have that list or not.

According to the
Access List, only the bishopric/clerks have access to Send a Message.
