Recently did a membership audit and several of the exceptions are incorrect. For example, "Unrecorded marriage" is listed when the member has not been married or has never been married. I've looked in MLS and in LDS.org/lcr and can't find a way to fix this.
It's as if the system assumes a person should be married by their age, and assigns the unrecorded marriage status...
How do I resolve this?
Thanks

Re: Correcting errors from Membership Audit
My understanding is that the first part of the audit requires someone to mark all the people who are married. They erroneously marked this person as married so the system is saying the marriage is missing. Someone else will have to explain how to change the audit to show that person is not married.
