The South East hanging light is burning out in the 17th Street building. Roger Garriott

The North East men's toilet in the 17th Street building will not plumb clear. We only have a plunger and the toilet may require a snake to clear the drain. R Garriott

Hello. This is a user forum. You need to report your issues to your local facilities group and stake facilities rep using http://www.lds.org/fir

For me, that URL yields an 'Access Denied' error--even though I am signed in to LDS Account. Apparently, that URL is only useful for members with specific callings. When I have needed to report facilities problems, I have had success going to the directory, going to stake leaders, and scanning the list of high councilors to find the Physical Facilities Representative.

Yes, the link is only available to those with certain callings. Your ward physical facilities rep also has access.
