Adding a new Ship-To address at Staples

My Bishop's mailbox is at the end of a long driveway and he often has to pick up packages at UPS, FedEx, etc. I found a way to direct lds.org orders to my address instead, but the Staples account for our unit only offers the Bishop's address as "Ship To" and doesn't let me change it. I can edit the phone number and his name during order placement, but not the address for the unit. Thoughts?

Did you find out how to do this? Our Staples account has the former Bishop's address as the only "Ship To" address.

I never got an answer to this issue, but I have just been living with the inconvenience (or rather the Bishop has, since he has to go pick up packages). I would have expected once you changed the Bishop in MLS and sync'd with Salt Lake, the shipping address would switch on the Staples account automatically. You need to call SLC about it.

I know this thread is a bit old but whenever I googled how to change the staples address I kept coming across this thread. I finally have an answer and thought I'd forward it. When you call the LDS distribution center to have your new Bishop's address changed it should send the updated address to Staples. However, Staples often needs to manually change the account to the new address. To contact them call (877-295-0003 Mon-Fri 6AM-6PM MST) or just in case that phone number changes go to

Log into 'store.lds.org' go to 'unit materials'. The bottom of that page shows something like:

For orders to the United States:

CLICK HERE TO PLACE ORDER ONLINE »

Password: XXXXXXXX
877-295-0003
(Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., MST)

That phone number will connect you to the help line for Staples LDS accounts.
