Because of the dynamics in our ward, the bishopric decided we needed to call a second executive secretary. Because there is only one executive secretary spot available on LDS.org I had to create a custom position for our second executive secretary. This custom position does not have the rights/access that a normal executive secretary has. Is there anyway to get our second executive secretary those rights/that access?

Custom callings never confer any access privileges, so there's no way to grant those rights to that calling.

However, an alternate approach that might achieve similar goals is to set up the second executive secretary as an assistant ward clerk. Be aware that this actually grants MORE permission in several record keeping aspects than the executive secretary has, and that since such callings are issued by the stake, it would be good to get approval from the stake presidency. And of course the second executive secretary would appear in the Directory and other places as an Assistant Ward Clerk, which might mislead some people (but of course he could still keep the custom calling so that members would be aware that he is also an executive secretary). But it does take care of granting sufficient permissions.

It appears from the Handbook you can have as many assistant clerks as you want, but only one Executive Secretary. (All of whom need to be approved by the stake). You may want to consider rebalancing the workload instead. Perhaps let one clerk generate all the reports and let the executive secretary do just the scheduling.

Others have attempted a "Third Councilor" for various auxiliaries, only to be told from on high "release the third councilor". So I'd suggest caution in exceeding what is outlined in the Handbook.
