vcard in ward website

Postby falisrm-p40 » Sun Dec 14, 2008 9:47 pm

I was trying to download the members information into my outlook 2007 program. There is a button in the ward directory for a "vcard". When i click it, it only downloads the first member of the ward into my outlook. I was trying to do the entire ward at once, is this possible?

Not without a plugin. I'm trying to build a free one to distribute to everyone here. You can read more about my project here:

If you are using Vista, Windows Mail (replacement of Outlook Express) that comes bundled with the operating system, it is able to correctly import all contacts from one file; but it can't import embedded photos, which is important to my project. If you can get them into Windows Mail (or maybe Outlook Express), there is a way to export your contacts and then import them into Outlook.

Another solution is to split the contacts each into their own separate files and then import them manually one-by-one into Outlook. That's actually all my Outlook plugin does, but it automates it for you.
