Hello Everyone. I have one branch president who wants to know if he could obtain one of his member's patriarchal blessing. The member lost her blessing and would like to get a copy of it. I know there is a request form for those who have their LDS Account. But the member requesting the copy doesn't use computers much. Is there another way for the president to help her get a copy of her patriarchal blessing?

From Handbook 2, section 20.12.3 - (https://www.lds.org/handbook/handbook-2 ... ng#20.12.3)
...If the original has been sent to Church headquarters, a copy may be obtained from:
15 East North Temple Street
Salt Lake City, UT 84150-1600
A person who requests a copy of his or her patriarchal blessing should supply his or her full name, membership record number (if available), and birth date. If possible, the person should include the name of the patriarch and the approximate date of the blessing.
Go to LDS.org and click on the My Account and Ward link near the top right. In the drop down menu, click on Patriarchal Blessing at the bottom of the left column Follow the instructions from there.

Yes. Follow the instructions in the post just before yours. Patriarchs send all patriarchal blessings to Church headquarters for safekeeping. You should be able to request yours just as any other member. If you received your blessing recently, it may not yet have arrived in Salt Lake City, but patriarchs are supposed to send them in regularly if they are not already using the online system.
