Children ward and branch combined

Our ward and the local Spanish branch combine our youth and primary. Most of the leadership in these organizations are from our ward. In this situation, how can I or other leaders access the records of the youth and primary from the branch? It would be ideal if we didn't have to go through the branch clerk each time we need this information or ask them to set up an out-of-unit-calling.

They will need to be set up with out-of-unit callings for there to be any access online. Not only will this allow them to see the children in the Spanish branch, but it will also allow the members of the Spanish branch to see who their children's primary leaders are.

Could I get some more information on this? We are a new branch who shares youth programs with a ward. Is the recommendation to give the youth leaders two callings with one of them as an out of unit assignment to the branch?

Yes. It can work both ways. A member of the ward can have an out of unit calling in the branch. but a member of the branch can also have an out of unit calling in the ward. That way, wherever the membership record is located, an out of unit record can be created in the other unit and the calling added there so that both the ward and the branch can see who is serving.
