YW leader can't see Personal Progress Summary

YW leader can't see Personal Progress Summary

We have a sister called to a custom calling: Personal Progress Specialist, in the Young Women Class Advisers category. When she logs into her account, she goes to the Personal Progress page and expects to see a Leader Summary option on a menu (as a ward clerk, I can see it). However, it's not there. I was told by a previous clerk that for this to work, she has to have only a single calling (this sister has multiple callings), but this explanation sounds bogus--it's common for people to have multiple callings and I can't believe authorizations would implemented so poorly.

Things I have tried:
* Moving the calling to the YW Presidency category. Didn't seem to work.
* Adding her as a Beehive Assistant Adviser. Doesn't seem to work (but how much time do I need to wait for this to propagate to all church sites?)

Next I guess I'll remove all her other callings and see if it works, but this would be unfortunate if it worked. Callings need to be accurate in the system.

Short answer - Custom callings have no rights of access to anything online!

But why can't she see it even when I make her a Beehive Assistant Adviser?

I'm not familiar with the calling, so don't know what that entitles access to.

As an aside, some callings can take awhile to work there way through the system.

I'm sure someone else, in the forum, will come along with better insight than mine!

Is it a standard calling? She needs to have a standard calling to see anything, and then the calling needs to give access to what she wishes to see.

She can have more than one calling, but one of them needs to be a standard calling that will grant access to the information.

The list of standard advisors that have access can be found here.

Generally, I'd allow 48 hours from the time the standard calling is recorded before being worried that access is not working.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.

Just for edification for others reading this thread, the list of leaders who can see the leader summary page is found here.
Access is not immediate after the calling is entered into LCR. It takes a while for the calling update to have the permissions spread to the appropriate sites and applications. It should not take longer than two days.

Ok, that list of callings is very useful. I made her Beehive Assistant Adviser this morning. It's still not showing up, but I'll give it another day or so.

I'm curious if Beehive Assistant only gives her access to the Beehives. It would seem to be a overreach if it allowed access to all YW.

Every once in a while a function on a Church site or app has a problem with someone having more than one calling (for example, it might only use the first calling it sees), but usually the problem is that a person isn't assigned to the correct calling or was just added and it hasn't propagated yet.
