Sorry if I've mis-threaded this question. I would like to get peoples thoughts on file sharing for both Wards and Stakes. Our Stake wants to make sure that the Sabbath Day Training's that were given in 2015 be distributed and made available to the members. We have distributed the training to the Bishops via google drive but this method would be very unpractical to share beyond that. I was hoping to use the Churches Newsletter option on the website because it accepts dropping files but it didnt like the mp4 files for upload. Has anyone come up with a practical way to distribute files/media to members of the Ward/Stake without making it much more public outside those boundaries?
Thanks,
File Sharing

Re: File Sharing
If you want access to be fully controlled, I can't think of a good way.
But you could upload to Google Drive and get a shareable link, which you can share via email or the Newsletter. Anybody who has the link will be able to view the file, but you can control who receives the link.

But remember that you cannot control who they forward the link to - it could be distributed beyond your original intent without your knowledge or permission.
