The Church has a list of possible callings that are automated in MLS. To get a print off of this list, log onto your lds.org account and if you are Bishopric/Stake Level authorized, you are able to access a list of Callings By Organization. To access this, go to lds.org -> Tools -> Leader Resources -> click Organizations -> Callings by Organization. Further, you can narrow down your search by listing Filled callings, Unfilled callings, and custom positions within your Ward. And yes, you can print these respective lists.

I would also like a copy. I am not on the computer much and would like something like this to have on my white board so I can see at a glance which callings need to be filled.

I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say you would "like a copy." A copy of what? I reviewed this thread, and everything that is discussed is either attached to a post, which you can download (but be aware that some of the posts in this thread are quite old and may not be consistent with the current Handbooks and MLS), or it is simply instructions of how to gather information from MLS or lds.org. The original post requests a copy of a list of callings, but later posts explain how you can obtain an up-to-date list of callings yourself. Please review the thread, and if you still have questions, let us know specifically what you are looking for.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

I am not sure where to post this so I may try several. I have been able to print out the callings list from MLS for the Bishopric and ward council to consider we found that several standard callings are currently non existant such as "family history extraction worker" and yet there is no calling listed for "family history indexing" specialist. What can we do to get the standard calling list updated? Who do we contact to get this action done?

thanks,

The standard callings found in MLS are the same as those in the Handbook. If you find a standard position listed in the Handbook but not in MLS you can provide feedback through the MLS messaging system or as listed here.
