mss (Missionary Online Recomendation System) Problems

Have any of you had this problem?
I have had a large problem using mss recently, it started a week and a half ago. I have been trying to update several missionary applicants papers, but every time I try to view their papers mss logs me out and then asks me log in again. Which I do only, but then go back to viewing a list of all the missionary applicants. Rather then the person who's checklist I wished to see. This happens most of the time, but occasionally mss randomly decides to work for me only to cut out half way before I am done.
