I created that spreadsheet many years ago. But the location and organization of the training has changed dramatically since that spreadsheet was created. So although it's true that the corresponding training is available on the Help Center, many of the exact titles have changed, and many training lessons have been deleted and others added in the intervening years. There are also many Help Center articles that are helpful, but not exactly what one would call a training lesson.
I suppose someone could try to overhaul that spreadsheet to match the current Help Center content, but that would be a big job, and it's not so clear anymore just what training people with different callings need to have.
I was so excited to see that there was a list of training sessions available to the Ward and Stake Clerks. I certainly think that even if it is a big job, it would be well worth the time it takes to put together. Just think of the thousands of ward and stake clerks that you would be helping!
Why go to the effort anymore. Just look up your calling and watch all the videos about it? A few like bishopric, ward clerk, executive secretary and Sunday school president probably should watch everyone's training videos. But the rest can simply watch theirs and be done.
