Young Women to Relief Society

I have what probably is a silly question but I can't figure out how to move a Young Women to Relief Society. I think it probably has something to do with your DOB but I'm not sure. My records show her as being 18. She is now attending RS but her name still shows up in the Laurels class. Please advise.
