#1

Post by crawford25 »

In my ward we have some members that say they have been baptized . But there's no record. Some have A member # . when I enter it only there name comes up. Someone said send it to lost records. How do I do that?

See Handbook 1 16.1.10

They might be referring to Address Unknown. You can find some details here. There is a procedure that must be followed to try and locate the member before sending someone there. Also see Official Communication Library.

Or, if the case of members not baptized, they might be thinking about the last paragraph in Handbook 1 13.6.2. However, I think you'd have to be in contact with that person to exercise that option.
